1 Corinthians 3:1-9 exposes a church stuck in spiritual infancy--saved, but still driven by carnality, envy, and division instead of the Spirit. Paul’s image of planting and watering reminds us that ministry is not about personalities, but about faithful service while God alone gives the growth. The central challenge is whether we will stay bib-wearing consumers or become apron-wearing servants who grow from milk to meat and from selfishness to Spirit-led unity.
