At the Transfiguration in Luke 9:27–36, Jesus briefly reveals His divine glory to Peter, James, and John as His face shines like the sun and His clothes become radiantly white. With Moses and Elijah present, God the Father affirms that Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets and commands us to “hear Him.” This eyewitness moment previews Christ’s coming kingdom and strengthens our hope that, despite suffering, He has already won and will one day be revealed in full glory.
