In 1 Corinthians 5, Paul confronts a shocking case of incest in the Corinthian church and rebukes them for proudly tolerating sin in the name of grace. This shows that God’s love is never separated from His holiness, and true Christian love sometimes requires biblical discipline to restore those in open sin.
