Fernando & Diana Rodriquez
Fernando Rodriguez began serving as pastor of Iglesia Buenas Nuevas in Cuba for the last 17 years and has been involved with Calvary Chapel for the same amount of years. The church he serves at has established 8 church plants, as well as a Bible college. Fernando serves as our main contact for our annual Cuban Pastor’s Conference which has taken place for the last 7 years.
Dayron & Merlyn Perez
We are so blessed to support Pastor Dayron and Merlyn Perez and our brothers and sister in Christ at Calvary Chapel Sagua la Grande. Pastor Dayron is also overseeing another church in Cuba, Isabella de Sagua. He and his wife have a heart for the lost, and God is doing a great work at the church in Sagua la Grande.
We are so blessed to support Pastor Dayron and Merlyn Perez along with our brothers and sister in Christ in Cuba. Please keep the churches and the work that God is doing there in your prayers.
Jeff & Nicole Stone
Pastor Jeff and his family moved from Merida, Mexico to Quetzaltenango, Guatemala in 2012 and started Calvary La Esperanza. Over the years the Lord has allowed them to start different ministries.
Along with a church plant, there is a restaurant, The Grill, Calvary House discipleship men's ministry, Calvary Christian School, The Lighthouse, a women's discipleship/transition home for women who have been sexually abused and trafficked, and an after school program that feeds poor kids spiritually, emotionally, and physically. While vacationing in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico in 1995, Pastor Sam felt a strong calling from God to make Merida his home and plant a Church from which to spread the Gospel and God’s wonderful plan of salvation. After visiting with the people there, he saw that they were very hungry for The Word. Stephen & Beatrice Gachengo
The idea of starting a children’s home was birthed in February 2006 when Stephen & Beatrice conducted a funeral in Nyeri, Central Kenya. They buried a mother of three children. The father was buried two years before. Both parents died as a result of HIV/AIDS. There was much sorrow because there was no one to take care of the children. As a result the vision of starting an orphanage was born as Stephen realised that something needs to be done to help the children. Read More
Laurah Ward Paramonova
While Laurah Ward Paramonova was attending Calvary Chapel Bible College at Murietta, the Lord called her into the mission field. He first led her to the Ukraine. After serving faithfully for over a year, the Lord brought her back to LWCalvary Chapel Houston for a short time. Then in 2002 the doors, once again, opened for Laurah to return to the mission field, this time to Russia. Laurah is now working with the Calvary Chapel Church Planting Mission in supporting their vision of nurturing Calvary fellowships in the former Soviet Union. Read More

The Medrano family is serving the Lord as missionaries in Plymouth, England. Pastor Sabino is the lead pastor of Calvary Chapel Plymouth, which is a church plant of Calvary Chapel Exeter. Pastor Sabino and Samantha were members of Calvary Houston for over ten years before they were sent out. They are so thankful for the family and support of so many from Calvary Houston. Communities in Schools
Communities in Schools (CIS) is a drop-out prevention program that provides services for At-Risk students in CCISD and DISD. "At-Risk" students may drop out due to poverty, drug abuse, gang affiliation and poor family dynamics. CIS seeks to partner with area businesses and churches to meet a variety of needs that allows kids to succeed in their education and help prevent them from dropping out.
